United States United Kingdom and Australia Unite to Fight Spam Together

Trade agencies in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia have entered into a memorandum of understanding to provide for mutual enforcement assistance in fighting unsolicited commercial email, or "spam". Agencies will share evidence and coordinate investigations in order to work together to prosecute rogue marketers. Requests for assistance will be used to assess and share evidence and information between the agencies. Spam accounts for as much as 76% of all email traffic according to a recent survey.
