U.S. Supreme Court to Revisit COPA
The U.S. Supreme Court stated this past Tuesday that it will revisit the question of the protection of children from Internet pornography without resorting to unconstitutional censorship.
This is the second time in many years that the high court has engaged in a review of the controversial Child Online Protection Act, also known as COPA.
