U.S. Settlement with BetonSports Bars Bets from the U.S.

The U.S. Attorney’s office recently entered into a settlement of its case against BetonSports PLC, a betting company based in London, permanently barring the company from accepting any bets from the United States. The settlement also requires the company to set up a toll-free telephone service to inform bettors how they can reclaim wagers made before the suit was filed.
