Spam Complainant sued for Tortuous Interference and Defamation

Jay Stuler, who claims he has been receiving unsolicited emails from a New Hampshire company, Atriks Inc., for two years, is now being sued by the company for branding them as spammers and reporting their actions to ISPs. The lawsuit alleges that Stuler's complaints were defamatory and amounted to tortuous interference with Atrik's ISP contracts (which were terminated) because the company was in compliance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act.
