Samsung Forced to Show Prototypes to Apple's Lawyers
A U.S. federal court has ordered Samsung to deliver samples of its phones and tablets (some of which are prototypes) to Apple’s external legal team. This is the latest development in the ongoing dispute between Apple and Samsung, in which Apple alleges that Samsung is confusing consumers by copying the design, interface and packaging of the iPhone and iPad. The delivery of the devices is to assist Apple to build its case. No Apple personnel or in-house lawyers will have access to the devices.
