Ontario Racing Commission Challenges Canadian Gambling Site
The Ontario Racing Commission is seeking a ruling from the Federal Court of Canada regarding the legality of the HorsePlayer Interactive Internet gambling website. The site was the first one established after a rule change last year that permitted betting using any telecommunication devices. The previous rule was restricted to betting by telephone.
