Motorola Files ITC Complaint Re: Xbox

Motorola has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that Microsoft's Xbox game console uses Motorola’s patents. The complaint concerns Motorola's patents on wireless networking and video decoders. This is part of an on-going dispute between the two companies, with previous patent-related suits filed by Microsoft in October and November, and a counter-suit by Motorola alleging patent-infringement. The complaint is currently pending investigation.
