A recent report indicates that the Business Software Alliance (BSA), an anti-software piracy group, has doubled the reward payable to employees who report the illegal use of software within U.K. organizations from £10,000 to £20,000. The increase, which is intended to “make software licensing a priority for managers,” should provide an even greater incentive to disgruntled staff members to whistle blow on their employers.
