In First of its Kind, Man Pleads Guilty Under U.S. Internet Harassment Law
In a recent report , a man from Columbia, S.C. pled guilty to charges for sending unwanted emails to his ex-girlfriend and her colleagues, some of which contained pornographic material. The case is believed to be the first under the 1997 federal U.S. law that prohibits cyber harassment.
