Harvard Publishes UDRP Guide

Harvard University Law School has published a guide indexing over 7,000 decisions issued by panels constituted under ICANN's Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) since 1999. Before this initiative, it was impossible for a person to access these decisions in one place. While the guide is not binding on ICANN panelists, its publication may ensure more consistent decisions from panelists in the future.
