Florida Supreme Court Rules State Employees Are Not Required to Disclose Emails

The Florida Supreme Court has ruled that public employees are not required to disclose their private emails to the public - even if these were created or exchanged using their computers at work. The decision was unanimous on this issue and the Court stated that emails do not become public documents merely because they are stored or created using government computers.
