Craigslist Sued by its Shareholder eBay
The owners of eBay, the popular online auction and shopping website, recently filed a suit against Craigslist, the online classified advertising company in which eBay owns a minority interest. The claim is based on unilateral actions taken by Craigslist which are alleged to have unfairly diluted eBay’s economic interest in Craigslist. eBay is asking the Delaware court to rescind the recent actions.
